Nishtha Training Workshop (Dated. 02.12.2019 to 06.12.2019)

A very systematic, positive and technically rich Nishtha Training Workshop

 starts on the date of 02.12.2019.

 

DAY-1

The schedule of day 1 started with very enthusiasm &  in very respective manner. Block Education Officer Mr. Naresh Verma motivate us with his speech and gave us best wishes to learning a lot from the training.

Workshop convener Mrs. Sunita Sharma, Principal Dr. Bharat Bhushan, Trainers Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Mr. Pardeep, Mr. Satyadev Sharma, Ms. Jyoti, Ms. Aarti Sharma, Mr. Farnadis,  Technical Associate Mr. Bijender Kundu & Mr. Subhash & all the participant teachers made this event very disciplined, entertaining & fruitful.

On first day Mr. Pardeep started his teaching lecture in such a respective manner with the Topic of POCSO Act. He simply clarify all about the act and its characteristics & importance. He effectively explained how the visual events are much impressive on a child’s life And similarly Ms. Jyoti simplify the importance of personal hygiene and its various components as per the types of health & age groups of children. She discussed various type of changes which normally occurred in infancy to old age.

 Both the trainers were seems to be expert in their subject matters & they even shared their views in very simple & effective language  with introduction of learning by doing method. In fact the coordination between trainers was absolutely flawless.

Day1 was ended with very interesting activity in which all the participant teachers joyfully participated.

 DAY-2

On the next morning the day started with prayer. And Mr. Pardeep started the event by speaking on water recourses and other environment activities including active participation of the participants under environment education. Mr. Pardeep initiated his lecture with an interesting activity in which all the participant teachers participated with joy & enthusiasm. He teaches us importance of healthy environment and about the conservation of recourses.

And after him Ms. Aarti Sharma represent her lecture on Art Integrated Learning in which she conveyed that teacher should use maximum of his TLMs. She explained art can be used in any of form of method.

As there is a saying that everyone is on his learning stage, Mr. Pardeep teaches us it in a very healthy manner with various examples. He said how we can use our unused (working or non-working) instruments available in the school.

The session of second day ended with an activity based on art i.e. how we can use art in our teaching methodology, which was conducted by Ms. Aarti Sharma with courage.

 

DAY-3

Mr. Satyadev Sharma started the day by sharing his experience with his subject Social Science.

He said how people think awkward towards the subject and he motivated us how we can make it interesting by connecting it with our real life scenarios. This subject is well connected with our society, a student must be aware of his/her socity and its structure. He gave us various examples to improve the way to teach social science.

After that Dr. Sanjay made six with the tremendous presentation on the topic of Pedagogy of Language. With the help of a story he teaches us the importance of a teacher in the field of teaching. He motivated us that teacher should do his duty very responsibly with his sense of discrimination, ability & understanding. He said the knowledge of a teacher can only justified when he or she use it in a right direction with his sense of discrimination. The teacher should always move ahead by ignoring of government policies, social structure & situational problems.

After lunch we prepared charts on the Word Making in 20 national or international languages.

I and my group members also represent our chart group named Nanak. As per me, till day it was the best activity so far. And the session ends.

 

 

DAY-4

The day was started with prayer. The experienced workshop convener Mrs. Sunita Sharma defines us about the topic Leadership. She motivated us very well how we can improve our leadership qualities being teacher or school head. It is our responsibility to take all the team members along with us all the time. She gave us very creative ideas and tricks to become a leader. She explained very complicated but important components in very simple way like NUEPA & NCSL etc. She truly tells us the nature of character.

After that it was the time for an activity, so Dr. Sanjay collect us on a field and get us ready for an activity in which we all describe the uses of a handkerchief. It was so meaningful and interesting activity which cannot be explained only in words. The motive was so broad and wealthy. 

After lunch it was again the time for another event in which group wise all the participants has to perform in various activities. Dr. Sanjay’s way of presentation can be called the pride this program. All the teachers were separated in various groups and they all engagingly and lively presented their presentation in the form of Poem, Drama, Mime and Story.

I and my group members presented a Drama on Deforestation and water conservation. We enjoyed a lot and learnt a lot. And the session ends for the day.

After this feedback report I personally thanks to all trainers. Their collection and preparation of PPTs, subject materials and subject matters was commendable. It shows their efforts that they put in the entire session for us.

I specially thank to Beo Sir too that they put faith on us to be the part of it. The management of training program was remarkable and also in hope that he will be give us such chances again and again.

Lunch was extremely very delicious, healthy and less spicy. Heartily thanks for it.

 

Overall As per my personal opinion I don’t think that any person went back empty hand from this learning session. We learnt a lot from this workshop. And even the knowledge that we grasp from here can easily be implemented on our school children. It was overall activity based learning.

I personally learnt a lot from the entire training, the involved teachers and specially Mr. Pardeep & Dr. Sanjay.
